COMPLETE Management
for owners who do not want
to deal with the day-to-day operation
of their property
10% of the monthly rent
(minimum CZK 2,990 per month)
Everything included in Basic Management plus:
• Annual service charge settlement
• Active handling of operational issues, faults and emergencies
• Coordination of repairs, maintenance and contractors
• Arrangement of regular payments and payments to suppliers
• Administration related to accommodating foreign
nationals and reporting them
to the Foreign Police

PREMIUM Management
for Czech and international owners seeking maximum convenience
and personal representation
from CZK 4,990 per month*
(depending on the scope
of management)
Everything included in Complete Management plus:
• Personal representation of the owner in matters related to property management
• Attendance at homeowners' association meetings
• Assistance with insurance claims
• Physical property inspections, including photographic documentation
• In-person property handovers and takeovers
• A personalised management arrangement and regular reporting
